Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman/CEO's schedule and plan meetings, visits with the CEO, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and respond to emails, correspondence, and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Chairman/CEO.
- Manage projects and undertake research on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
- Attend meetings with the Chairman/CEO and take notes and minutes.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chairman/CEO and all other stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
