Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering
simulation solutions provider in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking a skilled
System Verification and Validation Engineer to lead training sessions, mentor
teams, and execute projects focused on the development, testing, and validation
of embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions on embedded software and hardware development, testing methodologies, and validation workflows.
- Provide guidance on model-based development and system simulation for embedded systems.
- Lead projects focused on developing and validating robust designs for safety-critical systems.
- Organize workshops on platform integration, subsystem validation, and safety analysis.
- Develop training materials, case studies, and best practices to enhance knowledge transfer and streamline processes.
- Mentor teams in implementing XIL workflows, including Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL).
Requirements- A Master’s or PhD in Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in embedded systems or
safety-critical applications.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in training delivery or mentoring related to embedded systems or testing.
- Familiarity with safety-critical standards such as ISO 26262, DO-178C, or equivalent is essential.
- Experience with ANSYS tools like SCADE, Twin Builder, and Medini, or similar industry alternatives, is a plus.
