Responsible for designing, supervising, and executing swimming pool and landscaping projects. Tasks include structural planning, material selection, site management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality, sustainable designs that enhance outdoor spaces. Requires engineering expertise, project management skills, and technical problem-solving.

Skills

  1. Engineering & Design Expertise – Strong knowledge of structural, hydraulic, and mechanical engineering related to swimming pools and landscaping, including proficiency in AutoCAD and design software.
  2. Project Management – Ability to oversee pool and landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control.
  3. Construction & Materials Knowledge – Understanding of pool waterproofing, piping systems, filtration, decking, and landscape materials.
  4. Regulatory Compliance & Safety Standards – Familiarity with UAE building codes, environmental regulations, and safety requirements for pools and outdoor spaces.
  5. Problem-Solving & Site Supervision – Ability to troubleshoot design and construction challenges, manage contractors, and ensure project execution meets specifications.
