What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Sustainability practices, preferably in Engineering, will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing Environmental Impact, optimising Resource Use and ensuring Compliance with Sustainability Regulations and Standards.
  
• Strong familiarity with and understanding of how to use Data Analysis and Software tools.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of Sustainability Certifications (e.g. LEED, BREEAM) is a plus.
  
• 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops Innovative and Bespoke Sustainable Design practices and technologies to Significantly Reduce energy consumption, waste, and emissions, aligning with FIVE’s Top-Notch Standards.
  
• Implements Premium energy-saving measures and sustainability strategies to ensure FIVE remains a Disruptive leader in Environmental Responsibility within the hospitality industry.
  
• Collaborates with Internal Teams and External Partners to Curate sustainability projects that drive Visionary Innovations and align with Award-Winning standards.
  
• Stays informed on the latest Sustainability Trends and Technologies to provide Strategic recommendations for future initiatives, energising FIVE’s sustainability Journey.
  
• Monitors and analyses utility performance Data to expertly Identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, ensuring a First-in-Class approach to Resource Management.
  
• Oversees the Operation and Maintenance of utility systems, optimising performance and reliability to maintain Lavish Guest experiences without Compromising sustainability.
  
• Conducts regular Audits of energy and water consumption, identifying Opportunities for Bespoke efficiency upgrades that support FIVE’s Sustainability Goals.
  
• Meticulously analyses Data related to energy usage, waste management, and resource efficiency to Identify areas for Next-Level Improvement and sustainability initiatives.
  
• Prepares insightful Reports and Presentations to clearly communicate sustainability initiatives, progress, and outcomes to Management and Stakeholders, showcasing FIVE’s Bold Commitment to Environmental Stewardship.
  
• Ensures all projects Exceed environmental regulations and sustainability standards, elevating FIVE’s commitment to ‘FIVE-Star’ Environmental Responsibility.
