Supply and Replacement of the Check Meter for MDB #6 Scope of work

Site Inspection: Perform necessary inspection of the LV (Low Voltage) room and the MDB (Main Distribution Board) #6 to assess current conditions and requirements.

Shutdown Procedures: Coordinate and safely shut down MDB #6 in compliance with safety protocols.

MDB Servicing : Conduct servicing of MDB #6 to ensure optimal performance and readiness for check meter replacement.

Removal of Faulty Check Meter : Safely disconnect and remove the existing faulty check meter from MDB #6.

Installation of New Check Meter : Supply and install the new check meter, ensuring it is securely connected and properly aligned.

Calibration: Provide necessary calibration of the new check meter to ensure accurate readings, adhering to industry standards.

DEWA Approval: Include the submission for any required approvals from DEWA, as necessary for project compliance.

Testing and Handover: Perform all necessary tests to confirm the new check meters' accuracy and functionality; document results and hand over the completed work along with relevant reports.

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
