Detail Scope :
Barricade the required area Removing and chipping of the entire floor to reach the required surface
disposal of civil waste as per DM Guidelines Cleaning and preparation of the surface with required material before installation of Tile
Supply and installation of Anti slip Porcelain tile ( 2cm) From RAK with adhesive( External use)
Tile size (40x40 cm) or ( 60x60cm) -as per client approval Tile Thickness -2 Cm
Quantity - Approx 350 Sq.mtr.
Supply and apply of water proof Tile grout
Supply and apply of Sealant for external use at expansion joint Supply and apply of epoxy paint front side of skirting area
Cleaning the area. Raising all the existing Man hole to the require tile level should be included in the scope. Proper slope to be maintained at the entrance door.
Note- Site visit must to check the scope of work and Quantity - Variation Not Acceptable
