Job Description
Require basic knowledge of steel doors with hardware fixation details Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality through innovative solutions. Act as a liaison between management and staff, effectively communicating expectations and addressing any employee concerns. Enforce compliance with industry regulations and company policies, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to address any production challenges and refine processes. Must read key plans and shop drawings Must know how to take measurement of structural openings Must coordinate with the client to follow up with the project and progress
