Conducts loss inspections as and when receives requests.

Conducts claims adjustments as and when receives requests.

Timely attendance and submission of loss inspection reports.


DESCRIPTION
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Day to Day Operations:


Performs the day-to-day operations of the Department, and executes the work processes as per policies and procedures in order to achieve high performance standards


High performance standards are achieved


Loss Surveys conducted professionally in line with set policies and procedures



Claims services:


Assessment and adjustment of Claims for commercial lines products


Recommends Loss Adjusters/ Surveyors where needed.


Conducts Loss Surveys and prepares Survey Reports.


Collects quotations for repairs, review / study to determine best possible option and report to manager.


Arrange joint surveys by inviting insured / carriers / freight forwarders at seaport / airport / warehouses and sites.


All assessments & adjustments of claims conducted timely, efficiently and within set technical guidelines, policies and procedures.


Max surveys and settlements by in house and optimize the use of Loss Adjusters.


Loss Surveys and Claims Adjustments conducted professionally in line with set policies and procedures.



Continuous Improvement:


Continuous review and improvement of functional practices for taking into account 'international best practice', changes in international standards and changes in the business environment.


Improvement in functional practices


identified and implemented in line with


Corporate objectives.



Reports:


Preparation of loss survey as well as claim adjustment reports as per ADNIC standards.


All reports are presented timely and accurately in line with schedules.



Department documentation and procedures:


Improve / maintain documentation and procedures


Prepare departmental dashboard


Accurate and timely updating of documentations.


Compile all departmental achievements and preparation of departmental dashboard
