Responsible to assistoperational teams in planning, organising, directing and supervising the worksin the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of allMechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that allequipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum downtime.
§Conduct Site surveys and inspections.
§Cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects andexisting facilities.
§Manpower planning.
§Resource quantification.
§Projects planning.
§Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaadcontracts
§Perform clerical duties to meetrequirements of the job and adherence to all current company procedures
§Assist in production of periodic reports as required by theOperational Managers.
§Familiar with all MEP equipment and systems found within theFacilities managed by Imdaad.
§Perform Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with operationspolicies
Education/Qualifications
§3-year Diploma is a must.
§ProfessionalCertification in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/ Plumbing/FitterTrade OR ITI inMechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a must.
Skills/Competencies/ Experience
§6- 8 years relevant experience.
§UAELight Vehicle Driving Licence is a must.
§PeopleManagement Skills, Delegation Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) andknowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
