Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Assist Civil engineer - Maintenance in checking and preparing MRs to ensure appropriate materials and tools are purchased in line with specific work being executed.
- Assist Civil engineer - Maintenance in providing cost estimate for various civil maintenance works and building/office upgradation.
- Assist Civil engineer - Maintenance in conducting infrastructure inspection and report preparations.
- Assist Civil engineer - Maintenance in monitoring SG, SC and WR, and ensuring tracker list is monitored to avoid long pending works.
- Assist Civil engineer - Maintenance in evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
- Assist Civil engineer - Maintenance in monitoring and improving process plan in optimizing resource allocation
- Assist Civil engineer - Maintenance in Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance. Schedules and activities.
- Assist Civil engineer - Maintenance in preparing reports and compliance documentation in line with the latest design codes and authority requirements for the buildings and its maintenance.
- Supervision of works to be carried out as per internal work requests from other departments.
- To perform day to day duty as where and when required.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments for the required maintenance and improvements on their offices.
- Checking & reviewing of all internal/external correspondence regarding maintenance works.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility management, engineering, construction, or similar
- 10 years’ experience of maintenance and heavy civil engineering works, preferably including Ports or other Marine Works.
- Civil Engineering Knowledgeable.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations.
Experience / Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Facility management, engineering, construction, or similar.
Facility Management Training.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar capacity.
