Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for engineering projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of engineering processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes, Lean principles, and best practices.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment used in engineering projects meet quality specifications.
- Participate in project planning and review meetings to provide quality assurance and Lean input.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement Lean methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Facilitate Lean training sessions and workshops for engineering staff.
