We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in site operations, particularly in high-rise tower projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, coupled with hands-on experience in site supervision and design coordination. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in ensuring the structural integrity and success of iconic projects in the region.Key Responsibilities:Site Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of structural site operations, including coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.Site Supervision with Design Experience: Lead site supervision activities, conducting regular inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to engineering standards. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction.High-Rise Tower Experience: Bring expertise in the design and construction of high-rise towers, with a deep understanding of the unique structural challenges and requirements associated with tall buildings. Implement best practices to optimize structural performance and mitigate risks.Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with the design team to coordinate structural design activities with site operations. Review design drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure constructability and alignment with project goals.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold structural integrity and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct inspections and audits to identify and address any non-conformities or deficiencies promptly.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead by example in promoting safety, innovation, and professionalism on-site.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on site operations and high-rise tower projects.Proven track record of successful site supervision and project management in the UAE, preferably with renowned developers or engineering firms.Strong technical proficiency in structural analysis software and design codes relevant to high-rise construction.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.PMP or similar certification is a plus.Why choose AtkinsRéalisYour difference makes a difference.
