Prepare structural designs, 3D models, and detailed drawings for the Engineering phase of oil and gas projects, including FEED and Detailed Engineering.
Develop structural layouts, general arrangements, and detailed connection designs in compliance with project specifications and ADNOC standards.
Perform material take-offs and prepare fabrication and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines to ensure integration and alignment of design deliverables.
Review and verify designs to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and ADNOC guidelines.
Generate and manage design outputs, including isometric drawings, plans, elevations, and detailed sections.
Utilize design software such as PDMS, SP3D, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality deliverables.
Ensure design deliverables adhere to project schedules and budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Support technical reviews, design audits, and interdisciplinary checks as required.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Structural Designer in the oil and gas industry.
Proven experience in the Engineering phase (FEED and Detailed Engineering) of large-scale oil and gas projects.
Previous work experience on ADNOC projects is mandatory.
Proficiency in structural design software such as PDMS, SP3D, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, regulations, and approval processes.
Familiarity with international structural codes and standards (e.g., AISC, API, BS, Eurocodes).
