Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer based in the UAE with expertise in steel structures to join our team. The role involves designing, analyzing, and detailing steel structures, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality structural solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and analyze steel structures for buildings and industrial projects.Develop detailed design calculations and secure necessary approvals.Review and manage shop drawings prepared in Tekla and AutoCAD.Perform connection design using tools like Idea Statica, RAM/LIMCON, or custom spreadsheets.Conduct quantity take-offs from Tender/IFC drawings.Create technical drawings and specifications for construction.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.Perform structural calculations and simulations.Review and approve design changes as needed.Provide guidance to junior engineers and drafters.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.Conduct site visits and inspections in the UAE.Coordinate with teams to meet project deadlines.Communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
