STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models of structural systems and components using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla Structures).
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate structural design components into the overall building model.
• Ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and compliant with project standards and specifications.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (e.g., MEP) to resolve conflicts.
• Generate construction drawings, schedules, and other project documentation from the BIM models.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation based on the BIM models.
• Support the development of BIM execution plans (BEP) and model management processes.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices related to BIM and structural modeling.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support and expertise as required.
  

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) as a Structural BIM Modeler 
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit Structures, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
