Job Description

The Strategy Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of projects within the public administration and venture capital sectors. This position involves overseeing various strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving project success through effective management and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the public and private equity landscapes. Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop comprehensive project plans.
  3. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  4. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  5. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and gather feedback on project developments.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and project direction.
  7. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting project outcomes and recommendations.
  8. Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize project delivery.
  9. Support the development of long-term strategic plans based on project learnings and market trends.
  10. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

  5. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  6. Experience in public administration or venture capital is highly desirable.
  7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  8. Adaptability to changing environments and project scopes.
  9. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  10. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  11. Kpis Management / Balance Scorecard background are mandatory
