1.Strategic Planning:
·Assist and support the formulization and development of the overall strategy, objectives and KPIs and annual plans and support strategy formulation projects across the organization in line with Dubai plan priority areas.
2.Research & Intelligence
·Support the department in collating data/information from all audit divisions on various topics/issues as required to support the director in producing research/studies on governance/controls/risks and other information related to the mandate and responsibilities.
3.Risk Management:
·Assist in developing overall risk management framework based on Dubai Government risk areas.
4.Project Management:
·Support the department as required to translate ideas into actionable initiatives.
5.Performance Management:
·Support the department in the execution of the Strategy
