Strategy Analyst- Ecosystem

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategy Analyst to support the Strategy Ecosystem team on Strategy, ecosystems, business planning and implementation.

The ideal candidate will be adept at assisting in the implementation of strategic ecosystem initiatives.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and a keen interest in business ecosystem development, Innovation, Financial Projections for business planning and experience in corporate strategy planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Strategy Ecosystem team to develop, refine, and execute strategic initiatives 
  
• Support the Strategy Manager in Strategy Implementation (Strategy, Target Operating Models, Performance Management)
  
• Collaborate with the team and Business planning (with a focus on market sizing, financial projections) to diversify our current ecosystem
  
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the business ecosystem.
  
• Support the implementation of innovative solutions and processes to enhance the effectiveness of ecosystem development efforts.
  
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations, reports, and other communication materials to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Strategy Ecosystem team.
  
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and planning.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to ensure alignment and synergy in ecosystem development efforts 
  
• Flexibility to work on ad-hoc strategic investments. 
  

• 1-3 years experience in a Strategy Analyst position
  
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field
  
• Proven experience in the innovation industry, management consultancy or similar preferably in strategy or business development or product development. 
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Strong proficiency in MS (word, Excel, and PowerPoint), project management software familiarity
  
• Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
• Discretion and confidentiality paramount
