Strategists at AKQA make our client’s business their business. Working with account teams and creative teams, they are the voice of both the client and the consumer.


Drawn from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, our Strategists develop and apply market insights, data and trends to communicate and drive innovation opportunities.


As a Strategist you will turn insights into creative solutions that address the client’s challenges and work at local and international level to influence their brand evolution and positively impact business results. In collaboration with our Experience & Design, Creative, Data & Research teams as well as AKQA team as a whole, they partner with our clients to define and guide them through their brand and digital transformation journeys. You have a wide understanding of the digital ecosystem and brand development.


Located next to good transport links in the heart of Dubai Media City – Dubai, U.A.E., at AKQA you will have access to thought management & employees. ROLE REQUIREMENTS


  • Finger on the pulse of industry, platforms, trends, communities and behaviours and lead in the on-going education and inspiration of internal teams and clients. 
  • Shape and implement strategies across regional clients and new business. 
  • Strengthen client partnerships in collaboration with internal agency teams. 
  • Optimise strategies, identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations through qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the networks to help fuel insights and innovations.
  • Answer essential strategic questions for clients ranging from what the business challenges are to who we’re targeting and how we’ll impact both their heads and hearts.
  • A solid strategic methodology and cultural background, that you convey into a pragmatic.
  • Ensure high-quality output and a consistent performance on long-term projects combining a clear vision, technical expertise and daily tasks.
  • Foster and facilitate a cross-functional dialogue within a multi-disciplinary team at different layers of complexity.
