Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

Job Description



You are an organized and motivated professional with a track record of coordinating successful customer programs. You excel in managing multiple projects and building relationships with key stakeholders. You possess the following qualities' and a track record of delivering successful buyer programs.

Key Deliverables



Customer-Focused with experience in delivering successful attendee engagement programs. Organized Planner with the ability to execute program activities efficiently. Effective Collaborator who works well with internal teams and external partners. Proactive Problem Solver skilled in managing logistics and resolving challenges. Results-Driven with an understanding of how to measure and improve program outcomes.

Responsibilities



Coordinate the delivery of the Hosted Buyer and Matchmaking Programs to ensure smooth and successful execution. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, to support program activities and achieve shared objectives. Manage and collaborate with partners in the planning and delivery of the Hosted Buyer and Matchmaking Programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and key partners. Maintain a robust and accurate database of potential clients, ensuring data integrity and relevance. Contribute to market analysis and customer feedback gathering to enhance program features. Support the team in tracking KPIs and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and improvements

Qualifications



Degree educated (Preferable) Ideally knowledge and experience in the events industry and a background in working on big launch event shows.
