Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Storekeeper / Supervisor (Foreman) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Logistics Coordination: Manage and ensure efficient coordination of all logistical operations related to construction materials, equipment, and workforce.
2. Material Inventory Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all construction materials and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained for smooth workflow.
3. Labor Deployment Management: Effectively manage the deployment and utilization of laborers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
4. Driver Coordination: Organize and assign drivers for the timely and safe transportation of materials, equipment, and workers.
5. Waste Collection and Disposal: Oversee the collection and proper disposal of waste materials, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
6. Labor Accommodation Management: Manage accommodation arrangements for workers, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for the workforce.
7. Procurement Assistance: Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and tools needed for the construction project.
8. Site Safety and Compliance: Monitor safety practices on-site, ensuring all operations comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

1. Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
2. Conversant in Urdu/Hindi (spoken).
3. Proven experience as a Foreman or Storekeeper, specifically in construction or related industries.
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment management.
5. Proficiency in inventory management systems and general computer applications.
6. Leadership skills to manage laborers and coordinate various on-site activities effectively.
7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
8. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness on-site.
