  • Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5-star hotel located in Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Downtown area with stunning views of the Dubai Skyline and Dubai Water Canal.  

Job Description

  • Coordinate with the Senior Cost Controller, Purchasing Manager and suppliers regarding the expected items for deliveries and ensures the orders received are accurate and in good condition as per the request
  • Maintain updated records of the stores and keeps inventory control
  • Update the team regarding the invoices received and payments to be settled

Qualifications

  • Adept in PC applications and Futurelog
  • Must have knowledge in Purchasing
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
