Charterhouse is working with a prestigious Luxury Beauty, who is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for their flagship boutique in Dubai, UAE.
About the Role

This role will be responsible for the management and operations of the boutique, as well as the business development and building luxury store experiences with the customers.
The Store Manager must be an experienced leader, who can develop and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results and exceed their targets. They will train and motivate new team members and will ensure they have an excellent product knowledge at all times.
This role will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.

Our client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong management and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and French. The ideal candidate needs to have a minimum experience working for an international luxury brand on a managerial level.
