The Warehouse Store Keeper is responsible for managing the storage and dispatch of stocks. The role includes maintaining inventory, ensuring efficient and safe operations, handling shipping and receiving processes, and keeping the warehouse organized and clean.
1. Inventory Management:
o Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming goods as per PO and enter stocks in SAP system (MIGO).
o Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
o Stock movement through SAP in different warehouse location for Sales.
o Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies if any.
o Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with records.
o Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and inventory.
2. Order Fulfillment:
o Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
3. Warehouse Operations:
o Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
o Monitoring and recording of Temperature / Humidity inside warehouse.
o Monitoring and recording of Beetle Traps inside warehouse.
o Monitoring Housekeeping.
o Maintaining records
o Implement and adhere to safety standards and protocols.
o Assist in developing and improving warehouse processes and procedures.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documents.
o Report inventory shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
o Provide regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
5. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Manager and other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
o Allocation / Scheduling jobs for Drivers / Helpers
Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
