1) Ensure accurate inventory levels at all times, regularly performing checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.
2) Oversee the condition of all stock, ensuring that no damaged goods are in inventory. Implement and maintain a system for identifying and reporting damaged goods.
3) Directly manage 3 drivers and 3 helpers/cleaners. Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining high standards of work performance.
4) Monitor and enforce strict adherence to schedules, ensuring that all warehouse-related tasks and deliveries are completed on time.
5) Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse operations, including layout optimization, stock replenishment strategies, and workflow efficiency.
1) Minimum high school diploma with 3-5 yrs of retail sales required; retail management experience and a college degree preferred.
2) Basic math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory, and manage cash registers.
3) Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products in order to perform and cover all floor duties at the showroom & at the warehouse.
4) Good organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
5) Good communication skills.
6) Strong work ethic.
7) Computer literate.
