Job Description

  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • Modify the budget plan according to changes in the design of a construction project.
  • Team up with supervisors, engineers, managers, and workers to meet client requirements of a construction project.
  • Form fruitful connections with technical and non-technical staff as necessary.

Skills

  • Fully understands quantity surveying, budgeting, estimating and the bid process Numeracy.
  • Proficient in building long-lasting relations along with a knack for developing a productive team.
  • Good command of interpersonal skills to extract the best output from different professionals working on a project.
  • An enthusiastic professional who understands the value of teamwork and relationship-building.
