Conrad Dubai location Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates category Hotel Full-time HOT0B3PS Posted: Nov 1st 2024 JOB DESCRIPTION A Stewarding Supervisor for Conrad Dubai is responsible for supervising the kitchen stewards to deliver an excellent Guest experience while supporting the overall back of house operations.
As a Stewarding Supervisor for Conrad Dubai, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise the kitchen stewards to ensuring highest level of standards Support the back of house team in training and development Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities Ensure back of house areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed Observe and handling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of health and safety requirements Report faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Culinary Director in coordination with the Engineering team, as required Ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to by all team members Ensure machinery is operated properly, efficiently, safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines Assist in the location, movement and storage of operational equipment Assist in the stock take of equipment and other items as required Assist the Chief Steward and Assistant Chief Steward throughout the daily operations

Previous experience in similar role Strong knowledge in stewarding Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work on their own or in teams Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations
