Job Summary:The Chief Steward is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the stewarding team in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.Job Responsibility:1. Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and dining areas.2. Train and supervise the stewarding team in their daily tasks.3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in handling and storing kitchen equipment and chemicals.4. Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.5. Collaborate with other departments to support efficient operations.Candidate Requirements:1. Proven experience in a stewarding or similar role.2. Strong leadership and communication skills.3. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
