To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least three years of operational experience in events.
Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
You will have the ability to motivate, manage, and develop various staff, as well as have the ability to deliver new initiatives to improve service delivery.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships and influence key stakeholders.
