Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care that is evidence based under the supervision of Staff Nurses.
Writes patient nursing care plans and implements plans through tasks such as preparing patients for operations, wound treatment and monitoring vital signs
Monitors and record the condition of patients and Responds appropriately to emergencies
Performs mediation management activities
Sets up of infusions and blood transfusions
Acts as patient advocate by making ethical decisions related to consent and confidentiality
Communicates with and relieve the anxiety of patients and their relatives
Ensures safe working environment at all times by maintaining effective work practices.
