Job Description
Rider Legal Compliance:
- Own rider legal compliance understanding, updates, and adherence.
- Collaborate with the local and regional legal teams to understand, and monitor the differing legal landscapes relating to delivery riders on a regional level.
- Collect 360 feedback from local and regional legal and operations teams.
- Challenge the status-quo, and obtain insightful feedback that ensures clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Analyze and quantify current compliance status across the markets.
- Understand product limitations, market intricacies, and cost complications (if any).
- Lead micro and macro projects that enhance compliance, working closely with relevant teams to implement necessary changes with SOP adherence and documentations.
Be our Rider Onboarding Platform Champion:
- Act as the central point of expertise for our regional rider onboarding platform, overseeing its features, identifying and addressing bugs, and ensuring its seamless operation.
- Champion documenting our SOPs that monitor and improve our rider onboarding processes while considering local market intricacies.
- Own, monitor, and improve the conversion of our Lead-to-Street KPI.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate regularly and proactively with stakeholders to provide updates on compliance status.
- Share plans and strategies for maintaining compliance levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with multi-functions (not-limited-to): Legal, Public Affairs, Data Science, Tech Product, BPO, Local, and Regional Logistics teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among these teams to expedite compliance-related initiatives and deliver results efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Between 2-5 years of professional experience in the rider delivery operations realm.
- Comprehensive knowledge of delivery rider legal compliance principles and regulations.
- Outstanding attention to detail paired with strong analytical capabilities on Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in compliance, data analysis, and project management..
- Proficiency in SQL or a strong willingness to learn is highly desirable.
