This role will focus on developing and executing specialised training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of government employees.

Description
Develop and implement specialised training programs, including vocational, technical, and professional certification initiatives. Apply knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks to enhance program effectiveness. Collaborate with industry experts to align training programs with professional standards and best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and resource allocation are effectively handled. Communicate program objectives and outcomes clearly through presentations and reports. Stay updated on trends in instructional design and educational technologies to continuously improve program offerings. Facilitate assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness and learner outcomes. Mentor junior staff or team members in best practices for program design and development.


Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Must have 6-8 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational program design Must have at least 2-3 years in a specialised program environment. Relevant certifications in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPLP) or project management (PMP) are highly recommended. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. Strong soft skills, including adaptability, critical thinking, innovation, and teamwork are beneficial.
