Job Description

Role Summary


Seeking an experienced, data-driven growth marketer to help 8 countries achieving QC success on Talabat platforms. The User Growth marketing senior specialist will oversee the development, management and execution of marketing campaigns that help countries understand and adopt strategies that will improve budget efficiency in all user lifecycle while not compromising on growth potential.


What’s On Your Plate?


  • User Growth: Manage each stage of the campaign lifecycle, including ideation, execution, learnings and further iterations 


  • Marketing Strategy Formulation: Develop strategies and execute regional marketing frameworks that align with business priorities (ie. different stages of growth in each countries) by assessing country needs and defining scope for, proposing, and gaining cross-functional alignment for new opportunities 


  • Operational excellence: Build and launch tools and processes that optimize growth versus speed. Orchestrate the production of large-scale education programs in marketing campaigns in a cost-effective manner that will improve business outcomes 


  • Incentive strategy: Lead the consumer front by developing and executing tailored incentive strategies with recommendations based on market trends and needs. Utilize and deep dive into data-driven insights to optimize incremental growth for both QC and overall Talabat to drive user value growth and profitability for the platform. Lead the testing and implementation of incentive initiatives in collaboration with country teams. 


  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams including but not limited to commercial, marketing, and finance to proactively provide solutions for budget management strategy 


  • Keep up with fast-moving and high-priority changes to processes and best practices, communicating strategies and best practices with cross-functional teams to integrating them into different campaigns 



Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, with hands-on background in marketing channels, consulting, or finance 


  • A passion for data and comfort with numbers, coupled with experience in quantitative data analysis, measurable insights, and experiments. Proficiency in SQL is a plus 


  • Demonstrate ability to build and optimize rigorous processes, finding scalable solutions and championing operational excellence


  • Customer-centric mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
