This role will work closely with the regional and local Quick Commerce teams to improve the order flow and handover between Quick Commerce vendors and riders and ensure a seamless, best-in-class customer experience.

Data & Analytics
Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights and improve the operational performance of our Quick Commerce partners.
Develop data-driven strategies and solutions from large, complex sets of data.
Own all KPI dashboards and build new tools to improve performance visibility.
Stakeholder Management
Cross-department collaboration with the regional and local Quick Commerce teams by providing data-backed recommendations to drive platform-wide priorities and goals.
Work alongside the Regional Logistics team to improve the operational efficiency of our partners by reducing order rejections, quick commerce picking and packing delays, and the handover experience of the order to riders.
Develop project scopes, timelines, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility.
Operational Excellence
Responsible for monthly/quarterly goals and targets of all countries within the region.
Analyze, deep-dive, and find solutions to any potential issue that deviates from goals.
Define, implement, and monitor procedures together with local teams to improve performance.
Lead weekly/biweekly meetings with the Quick Commerce teams to follow up on the progress of top offenders.
Track and report performance metrics and SLAs, spot bottlenecks, address them with correct stakeholders, and communicate priorities according to business needs.
What Did We Order?
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics field, or management consulting.
Strong working knowledge of SQL.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with members and cross-functional teams.
