About the job Sr. Sales Officer
We are a growing company in the Fresh Fruits and Vegetables trading and distribution, dedicated to providing high-quality produce mainly to the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) segment. We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities in the Fruits & Vegetables and F&B / HORECA sector.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer portfolio.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for business growth.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong business relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, specifically in the F&B / HORECA sector with a focus on fresh fruits and vegetables
Established client portfolio in the HORECA segment (at least 300,000 plus) - Strong understanding of the UAE fruits and vegetables industry, including product knowledge, quality standards, and market trends
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competition.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
