Job Description
We are looking for aSr. Sales Account Manager - Software Solutions Responsible for connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to promote and sell Software Development services.
Key Responsibilities:
·Works closely with accounts to determine their present
and future needs and propose suitable products, services, and upgrades to
maintain and grow revenue for the organization.
·Acts as the main interface between the client and the
organization to ensure an optimal level of service is always provided and
continually seeks the opportunity to participate in client's strategic business
planning processes.
·Identifies and gains new business through different
sales techniques.
·Collaborates with staff to complete tasks
associated with retaining the major/key/named client account.
·Conducts sales presentations and demonstrations,
prepares account and opportunity plans, and coordinates the preparations of
proposals, tenders, and contracts.
·Builds relationships with partners/vendors and
identify areas of mutual interest as a means of maintaining a business
relationship.
• Provides strategic direction on partnerships that should be pursuing.Requirements• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or IT or relevant field.
• MUST BE FLUENT ARABIC LANGUAGE SPEAKER.
• 7 years experience in Selling software solutions.
• Sales experience in Selling microservices Software Solutions is huge Plus.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent command in English (spoken – Written)
Benefits- Total Net Package 26,000 AED to 30,000 AED based on the Experience.
- Quarterly commission Up to 78,000 AED based on achievement of target with eligibility percentage of 60%
