We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Account Manager to join our team and help accelerate the success & growth of the partner ecosystem.


Position Overview:


The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key managed partners. The PAM will drive revenue and expand the coverage of Juniper’s partner community. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to partnership development and account management. You will be working closely with internal sales teams, marketing, and external partners to achieve mutual business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure mutual success.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with partners to develop sales strategies that align with Juniper’s goals and achievement of sales targets.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for managed partner, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure high levels of satisfaction and performance.
  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new partners, cultivating new business opportunities within existing partner relationships.
  • Enablement: Provide partners with necessary sales tools, product training, and support to enable them to effectively sell and market Juniper’s solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and measure partner performance against agreed-upon targets, providing feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on channel sales performance, forecast future sales, and provide insights to the leadership team.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or partner account management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and channel sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, distribution, operations, etc).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
