We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive customer acquisition and usage for our digital payment products. This role will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, create engaging customer communications, and lead performance marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results while maintaining a customer-obsessed approach.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for digital payment products, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement
- Build and implement data-driven marketing campaigns by analyzing customer segments and behavior patterns
- Guide creative development of marketing materials and campaigns that reflect the value proposition and resonate with customers
- Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with external partner marketing teams for combined approach leveraging own and partner channels to acquire customers
- Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and customer experience
- Optimize customer messaging frameworks and tactical campaigns to improve conversion rates and product usage
- Ensure high quality and on time deliverables from marketing and digital agencies
A day in the life
Your day might start with reviewing performance metrics from recent marketing campaigns, followed by collaborating with business and partner teams to identify ways to engage different customer segments. You could spend time crafting effective campaign approaches, meeting with cross functional teams to enhance customer communications, or working with external partner teams to launch new promotional strategies. You'll regularly interact with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product features and benefits.

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in driving adoption of digital payment methods, e-commerce transactions or other financial products.
- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
