• Reviews and executes mobilisation plan.• Compiles project documentation.• Co-ordinates activities between departments and other groups.• Compiles & issues work packages.• Material control and expediting.• Execution of specialised activities.• Client & sub-contract liaison.• Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.• Assist senior engineers., Proj. Mgr., Section Head.• Trains and oversees junior engineers.• Coordinates with Engineering Department.• Ensures completion of all project field documentation.Skills Required• B.Sc. Engineering.• 5 year’s experience in offshore construction• Good English communication skills.• Report writing skills.• Good communication skills and a committed team player.• Willingness to work onshore & offshore.• Knowledge of personnel and equipment.• Thorough understanding of offshore operations.
