Job Summary & Purpose:
To provide assurance over the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of financial and operational controls through conducting internal audits for SDG Head Office and Stores. To assist the Internal Audit Manager and Senior in performing the audit field work and ensuring high quality of working papers.
Job Description:
1 Conduct interviews with auditees and document the process understanding
2 Document walkthroughs for controls identified
3 Prepare audit work programs
4 Generate and utilize reports from ERP and BI systems
5 Perform tests of controls and substantive tests and ensure high quality of working papers
6 Ensure audit fieldwork is completed within the assigned timeframe
7 Preparation of audit observation summary and discussion with auditee/ Drafting audit report for IA Manager review
8 Timely escalation of delays and issues to the audit Senior / Manager
9 Perform special reviews and investigations as assigned by the Audit senior/ Manager
RequirementsExperience
(Yrs& Field) Minimum 2-3 years in Internal Audit / or External Audit
Educational Qualification Graduate
Professional Certifications Prefer CIA / CPA/ ACCA/ CA/ Equivalent
Skills & Abilities Good documentation and Excel skills / Willing to travel within GCC on certain assignments
