Sr. Estimation Engineer, ELV

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.

• Designing ELV Systems as per the specifications.
• Preparation of BOQ for ELV and Fire & Gas System
• Evaluating tender ITB, documents, drawings, Specification and Project schedules
• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers to get an offer.
• Having good knowledge to review and Datasheets, Single Line Diagram, and Specifications, Cable Schedule.
• Should be capable to determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
• Preparation of Cost sheet like Direct cost, indirect cost, temporary facilities and other related cost to tender requirement.
• Review the scope clearly and Prepare highly professional technical and commercial proposals as per client requirement.
• Assisting the sales team in understanding and assessing customer’s requirements.
• Having good knowledge to review contract/commercial terms and condition documents.
• Preparation of Cost comparison between supplier and subcontractors offers.
• Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.
• Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
• Having good knowledge in Electrical Low voltage system like PAGA, Telecom, IT/DATA, Access Control System, Emergency Lighting, CCTV System.
• Having good knowledge in Fire & Gas system.

• Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical or Instrumentation Technology

  Experience Requirements:

• 08 + years of overall experience

  
  

• Minimum of 03 years of experience ELV Estimation & Designing

  
  
• Having good knowledge in Electrical Low voltage system like PAGA, Telecom, IT/DATA, Access Control System, Emergency Lighting, CCTV System.
• Having good knowledge in Fire & Gas system.

• Good health, environment and safety management (HSE) knowledge and the ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
