Sr. Distribution Channel Account Manager – Gulf
We have an opportunity for a Sr. Distribution Channel Account Manager – Gulf to join us at Honeywell inDubai.
The individual is responsible for driving growth and business results for PSS distribution and channel sales in the Gulf region reporting directly to the PSS Gulf Territory Director.
The role will be responsible for ensuring distribution and channel coverage of the territory (Distributors, Resellers and Solution Integrator Partners), strategic planning of channel landscape, onboarding and development of a high-performance partners and distributors enabled to sell Honeywell PSS portfolio - Barcode Scanners, Barcode Printers, Mobile Computers, RFID and Software enablement tools in line with our strategic objectives with the highest standard of integrity and consistency.
Key responsibilities
-Deliver the Revenue along with managing the performance and development of channel sales activities for the region.
-Able to build relationships with the Executive Team of our key Customers and Channel Partners and able to successfully present proposals at this level.
-Provide coordination of sales activities and manage resources to maximize results from identified sales opportunities.
-Customer value management and pricing: Analysis of market dynamics and value chain proposition to target defined customer segments.
Key skills and qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline.
-Track record in driving consistent growth capturing market share.
-Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in a Distribution & Channel sales role of IT (telecom, network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software) or AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) products and solutions.
