Job Description

We’re recruiting a ‘Sr. Communication Executive’ for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact
  • Understand client business goals and objectives, offering customized solutions and strategic guidance
  • Proactively manage client expectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
  • Lead the daily management of client accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies aligned with client goals
  • Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, projects, and events, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Offer clients insights and recommendations based on market research and industry best practices
  • Support the development of new business pitches and proposals, utilizing industry expertise
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights
  • Track and analyze account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Contribute to the creation of client success stories and case studies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role
  • Fluency in Arabic and/or English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts and consistently delivering outstanding results
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
