Greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, deliver consistent guest service, exceed guest expectations, and provide all other supporting services.
Provide excellent service consistent with the hotel’s standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
Supervise overall cleanliness of pool and beach and escalate any issues to management.
Properly utilize performance feedback, recognition, training, and adherence to company policies.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Participate in regular trainings and staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies.
Monitoring pool and beach area to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations.

Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort or hotel.
Managing the swimming pool cleaning schedule and performing daily inspections.
