We are currently recruiting for a Splunk Analyst for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
The role will be responsible for:
- Ensure proper operation of Splunk forwarders across various OS.
- Maintain Splunk forwarders and Enterprise servers.
- Review and categorize data in the Splunk index.
- Create reports and dashboards for service management and infrastructure teams.
- Integrate with application and infrastructure monitoring tools, asset management, and ITSM tools.
- Recommend new data requirements or changes as needed.
- Generate ad-hoc searches for data analysis based on customer needs.
- Perform OS-level and application-level debugging and troubleshooting.
