Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:


This role is responsible to support and implement the Real Estate department strategy and helping the continuous improvement of the real estate processes. The role will support the alignment, reporting and tracking of the existing and new portfolio.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Maintenance of existing and new lease agreements
  • Produce and process rent savings reports
  • Produce and process deal summary reports
  • Update the portfolio master sheet with full lease details
  • Review and process rent reconciliations utilizing lease agreements
  • Update lease administration system with rental changes
  • Manage monthly sales reporting process to landlords (where required)
  • Review and process percentage rent payments with AP (where required)
  • Perform spot audits utilizing lease agreements and internal documents/systems
  • Review lease abstracts to ensure accuracy against full lease agreement
  • Develop and produce reports to support the needs of internal business partners
  • Manage communication with all LL administration departments
  • Track and manage documentation signatory process
  • Control Lease registrations and licenses with legal
  • Manage Real Estate inputs for Global project approval process
  • Google map update for new stores

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Strong writing, communication, and project/time management skills
  • Strong team player with proven ability to work cross functionally
  • Ability to understand and use data to make decisions and influence outcomes
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization sills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Arabic language an advantage

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelors certification
  • 2 years of relevant experience within Real Estate, Retail.
  • Knowledge of Lease Management Systems and/or working in a Lease Administration function is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS packages
