SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Pediatric ER physician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential emergency medical care to pediatric patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to make quick, informed decisions that ensure the best possible outcomes for young patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct rapid assessments and examinations of pediatric patients in emergency situations.
- Diagnose and manage acute medical conditions and traumatic injuries in children.
- Stabilize patients and determine the need for specialized care or intervention.
- Perform procedures as necessary, including intubations, suturing, and placement of intravenous lines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive emergency care.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing them with information and support.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
- Participate in training and mentorship of junior medical staff and trainees.
