As a Specialist Nephrologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing various kidney diseases, providing specialized care aimed at improving patients' health outcomes and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including thorough medical history assessments and nephrological exams
- Order and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood tests, urinalysis, and imaging studies to assess kidney function
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of kidney conditions, including but not limited to chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, and hypertension
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including medication management and dietary counselling
- Monitor ongoing patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient management
- Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with advancements in nephrology
