Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including detailed medical histories and nephrological examinations
- Order and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests, including blood tests, urinalysis, and imaging studies
- Diagnose and treat diverse kidney conditions, such as chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, and acute kidney injury
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including medication management and referrals for advanced therapies
- Monitor and address complications associated with kidney disease, including hypertension and fluid retention
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in nephrology and participate in continuous professional development activities
