About Rule:
  • Provide awareness and Training to new entrants to the division/unit and UAE National colleagues to integrate them into the business.
  • Develop and update ADNOC Refining HSE Policies, Procedures, Compliance Checklists and quick guidance reference for Management of Contractor HSE & Welfare to ensure compliances with ADNOC Standards.
  • Conduct HSE Pre-Qualification for the new suppliers
  • Guide the new suppliers on HSE prequalification process to enhance the availability of competitive bidders for the Company in various work groups.
  • Provide awareness to new suppliers on the process of HSE prequalification and ensure relevant documents are submitted for review.
  • Conduct clarifications as required and site audits where required.
  • Review scope of work and identify HSE and welfare requirements to be stipulated in the contract agreements.
  • Ensure functional review is conducted as requested by End users to verify that the HSE and welfare requirements as specified are in the final version of the documents
  • Conduct HSE Technical Evaluation to assess the capability of bidders to be eligible for new contracts and update End users on the qualified bidders.
  • Monitor HSE dashboard in ONERP and generate report for the Management.


Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any related engineering
    fields.
  • Internationally recognized certification in HSE, recognized safety qualification preferable.
  • 8 years of experience, in a related field.
